About Sean

Dr. Sean DuBé is a veteran teacher, coach, and leader at the high school and collegiate level. Through over ten years of teaching and coaching experience, he’s supported students and players in achieving their goals. His teaching philosophy focuses on building positive relationships, utilizing effective teaching strategies, and leading as a professional educator. As a former high school assistant, head coach, and current college recruiting coordinator and assistant, Dr. DuBé has developed, guided, and sustained championship programs. His coaching focuses on details, process, and outcomes. In October of 2020, Dr. DuBé completed his Doctorate in Educational Leadership during which his qualitative dissertation analyzed principal leadership and student academic improvement. With a focus on vision, values, and process, Dr. DuBé will continue moving individuals and groups to even higher levels of success. In his free time, Sean enjoys the outdoors and spending quality time with his family and friends.
